 How do I pay for my order ?
Idream is practicing cash and carry system. In order to join as Idream Membership, you need to pay cash by bank in or
bank transfer to Idream account to begin with. Each time you make an order, the order will be process once we receive
your payment.

Phone order, you can make payment by cash to us on the same time you receive your stock.

 Will I receive official receipt for my payment ?
You will be issued a receipt and sales order for every payment you make.

 Will i receive invoice for my order ? How i receive it ?
You will be issued an invoice for orders that are sent on a same day. It will be sent to you along with your goods.

 How do i report billing error to Idream Pets Beauty Salon ?
Send us an email or call us for reporting the error. Describe the problem to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible
