Will I have to pay for delivery of my goods ?
Phone order you need to pay delivery charges RM 5.00 per trip to Butterworth, Sungai Petani, Bukit Mertajam, Kulim and Seberang Perai Selatan area. Delivery to any registered address in West Malaysia, all the courier service pay by customer.

How will you delivery my goods ?
All goods are delivered by our appointed courier services. Idream only works with reliable courier services that have good track records.

We will arrange Idream nearest branches to delivery your orders to your doorstep.

   

3.

How many working day i will receive my order ?
After you make payment to us then you will receive your order between 1 to 3 working day not include Saturday and
Sunday.

We will delivery your orders to your doorstep within 24 hours start from the time we receive your phone order.

Which areas does your delivery service cover ?
Our appointed courier service provider delivers to all states in Malaysia
   

5.

Can I collect my orders personally from your show room ?
Yes. You can collect your order after order been prepare
   

6.

Does Idream guarantee on time delivery of my goods ?
While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our Member, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.

What should I do if I din't receive my orders on time ?
